Our General Secretariat

In the field of management; to work in communication with the internal and external stakeholders of our university with its administrative capacity and staff that prioritizes individuals, students and employees, can competently use information technologies at international standards, has an innovative perspective, can follow and correctly interpret legislation and current affairs; to standardize its internal regulations through the units affiliated to it; to set and implement indicators to achieve foreseen goals; to fulfill planning and follow-up/coordination duties in accordance with the upper documents; to support education-training, research and development activities at all levels; to ensure sustainability by updating the technical and technological infrastructure; to take measures to ensure that all types of public services provided by our university are uninterrupted and continuous and to meet all types of needs by planning;

In the field of health; to increase the planning and investment capacity of the health research and application units directly affiliated to it that will increase the quality in the provision of health public services, to improve and renew its infrastructure, to support budgeting studies to meet all types of medical and other device needs, to improve personnel management and to foresee and solve personnel needs.

 

In accordance with the SDÜ vision framework, our General Secretariat;

· Carries out transactions and actions in accordance with the legislation and documents in the field of higher education and our university's strategic plan/plans,

· Carries out institutionalization activities together with quality studies,

· Open to all kinds of innovations, has developed strong cooperation with internal/external stakeholders,

· Has developed empathy skills, is harmonious and coordinated,

· Has adopted participatory and governance,

· Transparent and accountable,

· Fair and egalitarian, committed to ethical values,

· Carries out appointments and promotions by conducting written/oral/practical exams that will ensure the selection of competent and qualified personnel in accordance with a perspective that has internalized merit,

· Aims for an 'inspiring and guiding' management approach that is environmentally sensitive and develops and beautifies its campuses within the framework of sustainable policies.
