Information Acquisition Unit

In accordance with the principles of equality, impartiality, and transparency, which are the requirements of democratic and transparent governance, the "Right to Information Act" No. 4982, which regulates the procedures and principles regarding the use of individuals' right to information, was published in the Official Gazette dated October 24, 2003, and numbered 25269, and came into force on April 24, 2004. The Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Implementation of the Right to Information Act was published in the Official Gazette dated April 27, 2004. The Information Acquisition Branch Directorate, which operates under the General Secretariat Unit of our university, meticulously carries out all applications in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
