Duties and Responsibilities
In accordance with the Movable Property Regulation, regardless of the source and acquisition method, it is the duty to register, preserve, and use the movable properties of the Rectorate and to provide the management account.
a) To receive the movable properties acquired by the spending unit by counting, weighing, and measuring them according to their type and characteristics, and to store the movable properties that are not directly consumed and not put into use in the warehouses under their responsibility.
b) To check and receive the movable properties that cannot be inspected and accepted immediately, and to prevent their use before final acceptance.
c) To keep records of the entry and exit of movable properties, to prepare related documents and tables, and to send the movable property management account tables to the consolidation officer.
d) To deliver the movable properties deemed suitable for consumption or use to the relevant persons.
e) To take and ensure the necessary measures to protect the movable properties against fire, water damage, deterioration, theft, and similar dangers.
f) To report any reductions in the warehouse due to theft or extraordinary reasons to the spending authority.
g) To conduct warehouse inventory and stock control, and to report the movable properties that fall below the minimum stock level determined by the spending authority.
h) To check, count, and have counted the durable movable properties in use at their location.
i) To assist in the material needs planning of the spending unit.
j) To prepare the management account of the movable properties they keep records of and present it to the spending authority.
